Super Bowl is just a few days away and whether you’re hanging out at home or going to a party, I have the perfect game day appetizer for you. Who can resist bacon wrapped chicken covered in potato chips and brown sugar? Not me! Well, anything wrapped in bacon is a win. This recipe is incredibly easy, and a great way to work a little protein into game day, which your man will definitely appreciate. This app has received my husbands seal of approval!
Only five simple ingredients…
… and super simple prep. Just dip the chicken into the crushed chips, brown sugar and chili powder mixture, then wrap the bacon around it and secure it with a toothpick.
I used Roasted Garlic Kettle Brand potato chips because they add a lot of flavor to these sweet and salty bites. Red pepper + garlic + brown sugar make an amazing combo!
